PLG: Flipping the GTM motion on its head
This frictionless approach to customer acquisition, dubbed Product-Led Growth (PLG), is fundamental to the rapid growth of companies like Slack, Figma, Twilio, and Calendly.
PLG flips the sales process on its head.
